Gumball develops a strange stutter and it makes him accidentally offend Darwin. When Darwin asks for his advice on hats Gumball suddenly can???t speak and offends Darwin. Darwin is convinced Gumball said he had a fat head. But when Gumball tries to correct him his speech and movement all start going wrong at the same time. He soon realises that he may not be the only one in Elmore having communication problems???
