I felt the same way! Those first two episodes definitely threw me off. The sitcom vibe was so unexpected. I almost stopped watching, but something told me to trust Marvel. Glad I did! The story really picks up after that. It reminded me of how my Granny used to start stories slow and build to a big finish. I agree about the episode length later on, though – so many characters deserved more screen time!
